How to explore painters, vote, join art discussions, use Art Links and contact artists on Gallart Network.
Gallart at a glance
Gallart Network is an international, non-commercial Art Gallery and Painters Network. Visitors can discover established and emerging painters, view original artwork in many techniques, contact artists directly, vote for painters, participate in art-related discussions and browse selected art resources.
Most visitor functions do not require a paid artist membership. Voting and Message Board posting use e-mail verification to reduce automated abuse, while artist membership is only for painters who want to maintain their own Gallart portfolio.

2. Painters List and artist pages
Open the Painters List to browse Gallart artists. Select an artist name or thumbnail to open the painter's personal gallery.
An artist page can contain a biography and up to 12 artworks with information such as title, year, technique, dimensions, price and availability. Click an artwork image to view it more closely.
Artwork information is supplied and maintained by the individual painter. A work may be marked Available, Sold or Not for sale. When you are interested in a painting, contact the artist directly rather than treating Gallart as the seller.
3. Contacting an artist
Use the CONTACT ARTIST button on the artist's page when you want to ask about a painting, availability or another artist-related question. For artists with an active Gallart login, the protected form sends the message to the same verified e-mail address the painter uses for the Gallart account. That address is never displayed publicly or exposed in the page source.
Gallart provides the communication route but does not negotiate or complete the sale for the artist. If a purchase is discussed, details such as final price, payment, shipping, insurance, taxes and returns are agreed directly between the visitor and the painter.
4. Vote for Painters
Vote for Painters is a community recognition feature. It is not a professional jury score or a guarantee of artistic quality.
- Choose the painter you want to support.
- Enter your e-mail address when you cast your first vote.
- Gallart sends a 6-digit verification code.
- Enter the code; after successful verification, the vote is recorded.
Each verified visitor can cast up to 5 votes in each calendar month, with no more than one vote for the same painter in the same month.
The allowance resets on the first day of a new calendar month. For example, a visitor who uses all 5 votes on 29 September can use up to 5 new votes from 1 October onward.
The e-mail address is not displayed publicly. Gallart uses verification and protected identifiers to enforce the voting rules and reduce automated voting.
5. Art Related Message Board
The Art Related Message Board is for questions and discussions about painters, paintings, signatures, techniques and other art topics. You can read existing discussions without registering as an artist.
Starting a discussion or reply
- Choose START A NEW DISCUSSION, or open a discussion and choose the reply option.
- Enter your name, e-mail address, subject and message.
- Gallart sends a 6-digit code to verify the e-mail address.
- After successful verification, a suitable post can be published; uncertain material may be held for moderation.
Your e-mail address is not displayed with the public post. Keep public Message Board text art-related and do not include advertisements, public e-mail addresses, phone numbers or web links. Spam, abusive material and other unsuitable content can be rejected or removed.
6. Private Message Board contact
Some Message Board authors allow visitors to contact them privately through Gallart. When this option is available, Gallart can relay a private message without publishing either person's e-mail address on the Message Board.
The sender verifies an e-mail address before the private message is delivered. Contact information such as a phone number or e-mail address can be shared inside the private conversation if the participants choose to do so.
7. Art Links
The Art Links section lists selected external resources related to painters, galleries, museums, photography, visual culture and other art fields.
Submitting an art-related website
You do not need an artist membership to submit an Art Link. The normal reciprocal-link process is:
- Place a link to Gallart Network on your art-related website.
- Open Add your link on Gallart.
- Enter your website URL and the page where the Gallart backlink appears.
- Add a short website title and description.
- Gallart checks site availability, art relevance, the reciprocal link and basic restricted-content signals.
Clear suitable submissions can be published automatically; uncertain submissions can be held for administrative review. Sites that are not genuinely art-related or contain prohibited content can be rejected or blocked. External websites remain independent from Gallart.
8. Members Login
Members Login is primarily for Gallart artists who maintain their own gallery. Ordinary visitors do not need a member account to browse paintings, read the Message Board or use the normal visitor features described above.

9. Privacy, cookies and safety
Gallart uses essential technical functions for secure sign-in, verification, voting and abuse prevention. It does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. The cookie notice explains this and links to the full Privacy Policy.
Verification e-mail addresses used for voting and Message Board functions are not displayed publicly. Artist information intentionally submitted for a public portfolio is, by its nature, visible to website visitors and search engines.
