I have found a box of Mulano dry paint in a 1 pound tins.. numerous colors. The directions say to add water it will make paint. They are still in the box from Mulano with the NRA seal on it ( for you kids.. that was the National Recovery Act in the 1930's.)They are still sealed pretty tight and are still powdery and usable, but does anyone know if they are safe? Is there lead in them or other nasty chemicals? If you need more information or pictures or anything, just email me. Thanks for your help.
