I would appreciate any assistance in identifying a signed framed painting that I have. The artist is Jesse Rogers. It is stamped "Series 12 B" and as a "Collectors Item." The painting has the faces of Eisenhower and a lady (his wife?). Their images are reflected behind an open twisted "wire-like" design. Thank you in advance for any information.
