I have an original oil painting by V. Tommasini of a horse drawn carriage with two people riding inthe carriage , a driver up in the driver's seat in the countryside with children playing on the ground. The certification number from Artistic Interiors is 506410, attached to the back is a piece of paper that reads Rosenberg/Churchhill 6/25/78. Can you tell me anything about this art, or it's value today?
