I too have a print by "Aften Julien Celos" that belonged to my grandmother. She bought it in Montana in the late 40's or early 50's. There is one woman (seems like they are in a lot of his paintings) in dk grey with a white hat. Looks like it could have been done on the same day in the same town! Gray sky, water in the streets. Yellow buildings with red/orange roofs. It's signed in pencil and numbered 116 on the right. Doesn't say how many prints there were, only print #.
Would like to find more info on him, too.
