Foreground is a river passing under a bridge with two arches. Houses along the R side, and in the L background. Two indistinct figures, black capes with white heads along the L border at center. Original was possibly a watercolor. Print size is 17" H X 22.5" W. Published be EJS Co, NY. Haven't been able to find any books on Julien Celos, have you?

I have 2 watercolor paintings by julien celos, acquired from a deceased relative. Both are street scenes, the predominant color is rust. I'd also like information.
