Let me know if you have any info - I thought the last name was Celo - I can't make out the last letter but looks like a dropped down letter such as a y rather than an s - any info is appreciated. My picture is a print of a watercolor of a village with a river in the middle and a bridge with a boat going under the bridge. It is signed in pencil.
