: : : : : : I am looking for ANY information on Julien Celos. I believe he is Belgian and painted in the early to mid 20th century. Any help is greatly appreciated! You can contact me directly at w2723@webtv.net. Thanks!

: : : : : We're looking too! Have purchased a print at a thrift shop signed in pencil "After Julien Celos". Scene is European, possibly Dutch. Foreground is a river passing under a bridge with two arches. Houses along the R side, and in the L background. Two indistinct figures, black capes with white heads along the L border at center. Original was possibly a watercolor. Print size is 17" H X 22.5" W. Published be EJS Co, NY. Haven't been able to find any books on Julien Celos, have you?

: : : : : Jim Weaver

: : I have 2 watercolor paintings by julien celos, acquired from a deceased relative. Both are street scenes, the predominant color is rust. I'd also like information.
: : N.McCann

: I have a print similar to the one described by
: Jim Weaver numbered 166 in the lower left and signed Julien Celos. I also aquired it from a
: deceased relative.
: : E. Rowell

: I too have a Julien Celos #116, a street scene, with thached roof predominately rust colors. The roofs are distinct.
must be the same deceased relative, because I can't find anything on this artist either.
