I have a water color or colored litho, I am not sure which. I believe it is old and an original. Please advise I understand VanNeste was a professor with the Academies of Antwerp and Brussels was born in 1874 and died in 1969 in Brussels Belgium. He was a painter of landscapes, water colors etc Please advise if his paintings are in the Antwerp Museum of Art or what can you tell me.
