18x24 canvas excellent in original frame w/old sale tag on back
Tag says "A De'colage original" by Specialty Art Of Califorina. Tag looks old, like something from 30's or 40's.
I do not know if it is an original, or a fake. It looks like a watercolor with a unique technique sort of like an oil painting. Really vivid colors, looks real to me.
