Ozz Franca was a friend of my mom and dad and he painted an oil painting of a city for my mom and a rabbi painting original for both my mom and cousin. She also owns some Indian sketches that he did. I am saddened to hear that he has died. My mother just passed away in 2001 and loved his work very much. We are having an estate sale in September 2003 and I am keeping the Francas! I was a very little girl when we visited his studio to pick up the original oil painting and rabbi pieces. He was a nice man and I wish I could get more info on him.
