JAMES VELLA CLARK I was born on the 16th of February 1975. I attended St Aloysius College and following my sixth form, I read Communications & Psychology at the University of Malta from where I Graduated in 1997. In 1999 I got married to Julie and now we have a son Daniel. My artistic career stated off since I was a small child where I started attending lesson to the Society of Arts, manufacture and Commerce in Valletta under the tuition of several Maltese artists. Following that I received private training under Alfred camilleri and harry Alden but now, I decided to carry on with my artistic career learning from experience. My favourite medium is acrylics applied on canvas but I also love pencil drawing. Through painting, I have found a new way of living. Though somtimes suffering due to the fact that I cannot properly appreciate my own work, I am on a continuous journey to find a style of my own.
